INFORMATION and INSTRUCTIONS
for State Agency Users of the
eRegulations System

The Office of the Secretary of the State is developing reference and instructional materials for state agency users of the eRegulations System. The three major subject areas are:

         I.     Regulation writing and adoption
II.    Using Quark XML Author (QXA) to draft regulations
III.   Using Case Manager for workflow and approval routing.

Information materials and links will be posted on this page as they become available. Ultimately we plan to use these postings to create user manuals for system components.  Information concerning legal requirements is informational only and should not be considered legal advice.
